• Understand that meditation is attention to everything, every word, every gesture, every nuance experience, allowing the space of no thought to allow the experience to "just be" without expectation of the future or memory of the past.
• We are lulled to sleep by the mind's conditioning, much like a computer program "controls" a computer. The true creative intelligence that is our truth is buried under years of this conditioning and the knowledge, experience and "wisdom" that we have acquired while under its "spell".
• In the seeking of psychological security through various "beliefs" one being is set against another being with different "beliefs". In contrast to "reality" or "what is" beliefs are illusions. As illusions, dreams, fantasies, each of these beliefs are individually created, they are not in any way objective. The search for psychological security, which is an illusion, actually threatens our physical security. Different philosophical positions whether political or religious, often escalate to the point of war and brutality.
• We are pure, divine beings, what is ecstatically pleasurable to us is divine as well. Sensuality is the essence of virtue. Why then is the opposite taught in the churches of our Western Civilization? Many believe they have that answer, we are unsure, though we read about the millions of dollars in restitution this hypocrisy has cost one church and that same church is losing hundreds of parishes throughout the U.S. for the same reason.
• Paradise is a matter of correct perception of reality, of what is, not of changing what is to what should be.
• The war on hunger, the war on poverty, the war on drugs, the war on poverty, the war on crime, homelessness, cancer and disease in general, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, and a virtual host of other violent means of dealing with perceived conflict in our social and physical environment does not work. A new paradigm must be proposed and discussed, and that is one of peace and understanding, engagement and compassion.
• The Tantric practice and the movement of Sensual Reiki energy through the body can raise the experience of bliss and contentment into higher energy channels or Chakras. This can begin the process of integration that can help to free the individual from that conditioning and open the unlimited potential so the divinity within can be expressed into the world. This process can increase the joy and bliss of life itself and a realization of the sensation of that flow through the sentient being.
• Many relationship issues start with a lack of intimacy or a misunderstanding of what intimacy really is. Intimacy coaching addresses these issues in all areas of life. There have been many songs sung about love being all there is, even love being God. We affirm that unconditional love is all there is, if you love one and hate another, the love you have for the one may be something else.
• As expressions of that vast universe we can experience the characteristics of that universe in our own selves. Peace, compassion, creativity, intelligence, and beauty are four of these characteristics.
• We are all expressions of being, call it the universe, God, the flow of life, Chi, whatever you like. The spilt minds that often modify our expression are highly conditioned. That is why "self-improvement" only works partially, the "self-help" methods are methods to recondition the split mind and therefore they tend to enhance the conditioning that we need to awaken from.
• Human virtue is the expression of behavior from the essence of the individual which is intimately connected to the source of all life. This source of life is shared by all of us and found deeply within when we awaken from the conditioned awareness.
• Visualize Neo awakening in his little cell, attached to the Matrix by cords and tubes. Let us all work toward that awakening and help to establish a peaceful world where conflict is resolved through love, not through war.
